Editorial Team
The Journal of Holistic and Scientific Studies (JHSS) is under the leadership of the Editorial Team that consists of highly experienced researchers and professionals of various academic backgrounds. Every member has a different opinion, experience, and dedication towards providing quality research and equitable academic publication.
Our group collaborates in helping to steer the direction of the journal, assisting authors in the publication process, and ensuring that all research that is published in JHSS is rated by definite standards of rigor and relevance. We hold that an effective editorial base plays a crucial role in ensuring that one can achieve trust, quality and impact on the work that he or she presents to the global research community.
What the Editorial Team Does
The Editorial Team is the key element in the development of the journal and author success. The main duties will be:
- Revising and revising journal policies.
- Managing the peer review process.
- Inviting and managing expert reviewers.
- Drawing editorial conclusions depending on the reviewers.
- Assistance of writers with editing and publication.
- Existing ethical principles and best practices in publishing.
The team's other responsibility is to make sure that the review process is courteous, productive, and gives the authors insightful comments rather than just a conclusion.
Our Strength in Diversity
JHSS is an interdisciplinary journal and our editorial team is a manifestation of that diversity. Members belong to various fields of study such as natural sciences, social sciences, health sciences, engineering and technology, humanities among others.
It is this diversity that enables us to be fairly assured about the quality of submissions at different angles and promote cross-field conversation which is a core strength of our journal.
Teamwork and Management
Our editorial structure is led by an Editor-in-Chief whose responsibility is to offer general academic direction to the team and assist them in ensuring high-quality and consistency. Board members and associate editors support the Editor-in-Chief in assessing submissions, linking with reviewers, and facilitating the editorial processes.
Each editorial member possesses specialized skills but works very closely together on bigger decisions impacting the scope, policies and strategic initiatives of the journal.
