Journal of Holistic and Scientific Studies is a full open access publication model and this implies that all publications made in the journal are free to read, download, and share without any subscription or log in restrictions. This enables authors to have a broader exposure and enables a research to be availed to students, scholars, and professionals anywhere in the world without any limit.

To cover the critical expenses of a quality publishing process that includes peer review organization, handling of the editorial, formatting of the articles, keeping of websites and extending the digital archiving process over time, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to the papers that have been accepted to be published.

What the APC Covers

The charge goes to various services in publication, such as:

• Screening of editorial and peer review.
• Final-copyediting and formatting of final manuscript.
• Online publishing and permanent hosting.
• Records and maintenance of digital records.
• Simple author assistance in the process of publishing.

Important Notes

• There is no submission fee which should be paid when submitting a manuscript.
• The APC is levied upon acceptance of the article and never on the review.
• No additional or concealed publication fees.

Waiver and Support

The journal realizes that not every researcher is able to access funding. Partial or full APC waiver can be thought of in real-life scenarios upon examination of the request. Writers can also approach the editorial office in case they require financial support.

This policy is meant to make publication affordable and, at the same time, see to it that all the accepted studies are made permanently available and professionally presented to the world academic community.
